Well that’s what I want to do for you today, my friend.
I want to give you a quick tutorial on how to use Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT in particular) to save you massive amounts of time with your property management social media content creation.
If you haven’t already started playing with ChatGPT (or any copy-writing AI for that matter), here’s an easy way to start.
Step 1.
Set up a free account with ChatGPT here
(you can upgrade to the paid version later, but this process I’m sharing in today’s email works perfectly well with the free version).
Step 2.
Type these prompts into ChatGPT and see what it creates for you!
Here are some prompts you can try:
1️⃣ Use this blog article and turn it into 5 tips I can use for my social media account [PASTE AN ARTICLE YOU’VE WRITTEN OR PURCHASED FROM THE CONTENT CLUB HERE]
2️⃣ What are some fun or silly holidays that I could share on social media for August?
3️⃣ Generate Please turn this blog article into a 45 second Instagram reel script [PASTE AN ARTICLE YOU’VE WRITTEN OR PURCHASED FROM THE CONTENT CLUB HERE]
4️⃣ [PASTE AN ARTICLE YOU’VE WRITTEN OR PURCHASED FROM THE CONTENT CLUB HERE] Based on this article , come up with [NUMBER] content ideas that I can repurpose as a social media content
5️⃣ Write a 150–300 word social media caption that provides some key takeaways from this [PASTE AN ARTICLE YOU’VE WRITTEN OR PURCHASED FROM THE CONTENT CLUB HERE]. Add a call to action to drive the reader to click the link to the [INSERT A LINK TO CALL TO ACTION] by telling them what benefit they will get from reading.
Using these 5 prompts in ChatGPT (especially if you combine them with the property management content you get as a member in The Content Club) can easily create 15-20 social media posts in about 10 minutes.
