Any time we’re going to show a potential tenant through your investment property, we make sure we complete this “quick set up” on your property before the tenant arrives.
Here’s what the “quick set up” involves:
✔️ Opening the blinds and curtains
✔️ Turning on all the lights (even during the day)
✔️ Unlocking the back door
✔️ Setting up application forms for all the great tenants who are coming through the property
✔️ Putting out water bottles for our guest tenants
✔️ Laying out local community information for new residents of the neighbourhood
Once we’ve done the “quick set up”, then we’re ready to welcome all the best tenants to your property and invite them to apply to live here.
And that’s the simple thing we do to get you a great choice of tenants for your investment property.
