So the lease on your investment property is coming to an end.

But what does that mean?

Does it mean that your tenant automatically has to move out on that day?

Or can they stay in your property?

We highly recommend that, before your lease expires, you offer your tenants a new lease to sign and secure them as your tenants for another fixed period of time.  It’s a great way to offer security for you and your tenants!
