Before a tenant moves into one of our properties, we conduct a full inspection of the home.
And, while we always create a written report (that’s required by law).
We also include hundreds of photos with this report.
Now, it might seem over the top with all these photos.
But, it saves so much stress later on!
Because, if we have photos of everything inside (and outside) a property…
There’s never any doubt when the tenancy is over.
So, it’s a fair bit of work behind the scenes.
But it’s totally worth it in the end!
