We love a good Pros and Cons list.

So we thought we’d give you the pros and cons of being a property investor.

First, the Pros…

😊 Capital Growth – gotta love that growth!

😊 Stability – property tends to be less volatile than shares

😊 Tax Deductions – you can often claim deductions to minimise your tax

Now, the Cons…

☹ Initial Expense – you often need a significant deposit to start investing in property

☹ Not Liquid – it’s a process to sell a property, which means it’s less “liquid” than shares

☹ Entry/Exit Costs – there are large expenses associated with buying/selling a property
